Command WebWorks | Custom Websites for Small Businesses

Built in New Bern, NC · Launched anywhere · Flat rate

Websites for plumbers

I build the whole site — writing, layout, photos, domain, hosting setup — and hand you the keys. Two weeks, one flat price, no monthly contract you have to fight your way out of. It started with trades. It's not limited to them.

Every build

What's in

Process

Two weeks,
start to live

You are on the phone once. After that, you look at things and tell me yes or no.

Day 1

Intake call

Thirty minutes. What you do, who calls you, what you want them to do when they land on the page, and what your competitors get wrong. I write the copy from this call — you don't have to write anything.

Days 2–5

First draft, live link

You get a working link on a real phone — not a flat picture of a website. Click every button. Fill out the form and watch it hit your inbox.

Week 2

Revisions

Send me notes however you want them: a text, a voicemail, a photo of a napkin. I make the changes and send it back.

Launch day

Domain, SSL, go

I point the domain, turn on the certificate, connect analytics and your Google Business Profile, and confirm the forms and call buttons work from an outside phone. Then it's yours.

After

You're not on your own

Care Plan or not, I don't disappear. Questions after launch get answered.

Who builds it

Forty years
of showing up

I'm David Zinni. Before I built websites, I spent forty years in public safety — law enforcement, EMS, and the fire service — starting in 1985. That work teaches you two things that turn out to matter here: answer the call, and don't overcomplicate it when somebody's counting on you.

I build every site myself, out of New Bern — for clients in any zip code. You get one person on the phone, one person doing the work, and one person to call when something needs to change.

  • 40 years public safety

Questions

Straight
answers

Do you only build for trades and contractors?

No. That's where I started, and it's where most of the live work is right now — but a website has the same job whether you fix furnaces, file taxes, cut hair, or run a food truck: get found, build trust, make it easy to reach you. If you have a business, I can build your site.

What if I don't have photos?

We work with what you've got — phone photos are usually fine once they're edited properly. On a Signature Site, I'll direct a shoot so you end up with images you can use everywhere else too.

Who owns the site when it's done?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site goes with you if we ever part ways. Nothing is held hostage.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

Sometimes. Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or whether you'd spend less starting clean. I'll say so either way.

Do we have to be in the same state?

No. Everything except an on-site photo shoot happens over the phone and email, so where you are makes no difference to the build. Current clients run from eastern North Carolina to suburban Philadelphia, and I'll take work anywhere in the country.

What does it cost to keep running if I skip the Care Plan?

Domain renewal is usually $15–$25 a year, and hosting for a site this size is typically free to about $20 a month depending on traffic. I'll set it up in your name and show you exactly where those bills come from.
